Most studious of bartending gentlemen, winner of uncountable individual and team prizes, Mr Lyan (Ryan Chetiyawardana) opened White Lyan at the end of 2013, where he’s created arguably one of the most inventive cocktail menus in the world. It’s the first cocktail bar globally to use no perishables whatsoever, no fruit and even no ice, meaning the amount of waste is significantly lower than any other bar.  Now, he is in charge of Dandelyan, one of the best bars in the world every single year.  We can say with no doubt Ryan is one of the most important people of the industry in the entire world, a superb bartender, a great entrepreneur, and the real guru of the beautiful mix between creativity and sustainability in the bar.
